UK TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Open to those aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of Toshiba, their
immediate families (parents, spouses, children, siblings) agents or anyone else
professionally connected with this promotion.
- This promotion is void where country law does not permit such promotions.
- To enter: Simply visit www.wherewillitland.com from the start of the promotion 00.01
GMT on 25th September until the promotion closes (see below) and using the information
provided and your own skill and judgement, work out where the Toshiba Space Chair
will land after its flight across the Nevada desert and submit this, in terms of
longitude and latitude along with your contact details via the registration form.
- The closing time of the promotion will be determined by the launch time of the balloon
but is likely to be approximately 12.00 GMT on 27th September 2009 (time might change due to weather conditions, we'll tweet the exact time).
- No purchase necessary.
- The prize: 1 x Toshiba 46” Regza SV Series LCD TV.
- Only one entry per person and / or email will be accepted. Proof of identity may
be requested. No bulk or third party entries.
- Incomplete, inaccurate or other inappropriate applications will be invalid.
- Proof of entering is not proof of receipt.
- The winner will be the entrant who most accurately determines the landing position
of the Toshiba Space Chair as determined by its GPS location at time of recovery
by the Land team. The determination of the location and the resulting winner selection
will be supervised by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
- The winner will be notified by 9th October 2009 by email or phone using the information
supplied at time of entry. If no response to this notification is received within
14 days, the winner may be disqualified and the prize re-allocated to the next nearest
entrant. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prize.
- In the event of a tie between two or more entrants, a further tiebreaker will be
used to determine the final winner.
- There is no cash alternative to the prize offered and the prize is non-transferable.
- For name and region of winners see www.winnersgallery.co.uk after the 1st December
2009.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater
value should the original prize be unavailable for circumstances beyond their control.
- Any personal data obtained in relation to this promotion will be used solely in
accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed

- By entering, the winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity that the
